IN memory OF OUR FRIEND AND COMRADE, NEAL BUSH!
Neal Bush committed his life to social justice causes. His activism with the National Lawyers Guild started as a law student at the University of Michigan and carried on through his career as a civil rights attorney. His involvement with the Sugar Law Center began with its inception and he was one of our founding board members. Though health issues took him away from practicing law, he still worked hard to advocate for those in need as a mentor and advocate. In his memory, his family has asked friends to donate to an organization that fights for the causes and issues that are so important to Neal. Thank you Neal for your generosity, mentoring, and friendship throughout your lifetime. We miss you dearly and will into the future, but through all you have taught us and all the love for others that you shared, you spirit is with us. Thank you Kate and all of Neal’s family for your support!
Further information on Neal’s passing and funeral arrangements can be found at the website of the Ira Kaufman funeral home.
